Google's got their end-of-year stats out, too, in case anyone wants to compare. Might give an interesting contrast between Yahoo! and Google users.

Also, the Yahoo! results are world-wide, not just for the US.

I think she (Janet Jackson) was rumored to have (had) a baby at some point during the year I thought. It turned out to be a hoax I think, but it may have made a lasting impact.
